RETURN POLICY

Eyeliket offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order addressed within 30 days from receipt of the order. Note, the shipping fee to an order is non refundable. 

Return Qualifications: 

• Order must be purchased from eyeliket.com.
• Products that are unused and unopened are eligible for a return.
• No visible signs of use including lash glue or any discrepancy with the product.
• Products must be in original packaging.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS: 

If you receive any damaged or defective products, please address your concern to eyeliketlashes@gmail.com with the customer name, order number, and photo of the damaged or defective product(s) within 30 days from receipt date. Eyeliket can only accept orders placed on eyeliket.com

If Eyeliket considers the items damaged or defective, the product will be replaced by eyeliket.com. If the item is addressed after 30 days the item is only eligible for store credit. All shipments for the replacement products will be subject to the same shipping service selected for the original order. We will not upgrade shipping service and can only upgrade the shipping service with additional payment from customer.
